Patiala 12 November 2018- Punjab Writers and Cultural Forum honouered Patiala Rattan award to Mr Ujagar Singh Former Disstt Public Relations officer for his Social work and writing Articles in Punjabi newspapers on current issues in the interest of Public. Rana Kanwar Pal singh Speaker of Punjab Vidhan Sabha and Maharani Preneet Kaur former State Minister of External Affairs conferred him Patiala Rattan award at Patiala in a function organized in North Zone Culture Centre Auditoriam. Mr Ved Parkash Gupta Chairman of the Forum was also present on the occasion.
